Description

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: GBP25,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week 08.00-17.00 Monday-Friday

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Interaction have partnered with a long standing & established Safety Workwear firm based in Northamptonshire. The client offers over 35 years of experience & specialises in supplying innovative products and services to organisations throughout the UK and Europe. The package:

28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays

The Role:

General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry.

Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes.

Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc.

Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers.

Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations.

Processing of orders via WEB, setting up and managing ordering portal, and encouraging as many customers as possible to order via this method. Secondary methods for order processing are via e-mail/verbal.

Raising returns and collections.

Logo setups.

Ensuring internal KPIs are met.

Any other duties as required by your Line Manager.

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative.

Must be computer literate.

Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers.

Effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening.

Desire too offer service excellence to both internal and external customers.

Positive attitude.
