Working within a busy Customer Serviced Team, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone and email–based customer service queries, offering guidance and advice to customers who are reaching the end of their contracted agreement, in an effort to retain their business.
To be successful in this team you will need:
Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal.
To be accustomed to a fast paced working environment.
To have prior telephone–based sales, or customer service experience.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
