Description

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative provides expanded customer service and additional contact point for our higher volume lottery outlets if desired. They will also be responsible for providing order auditing and assisting with communication with the retailers as needed. They will understand how the scratch product is designed and is received by our consumers as well as how the supply chain process flows in order to ensure the product in the field meets consumer demand.

Job Functions:

Contact retailers within assigned call list as assigned Will be able to provide information and sales about new and existing games and promotions Shape orders to meet consumer demand at retail Access appropriate computer screens and input sales and sales related data. Ability to maintain associated call levels in a fast-paced environment Develop positive working relationships with Lottery retailers Provide regular and consistent feedback from Lottery retailers to management, sharing retailer suggestions, ideas, and/or questions in a timely fashion. Develop a sound business relationship with assigned Lottery Representatives and all retailers Handle incoming calls from Lottery retailers, resolving problems or questions as they relate to inventory needs, current promotions, order status/tracking and other lottery related needs, ensuring that all calls receive complete attention and thorough follow-up. Coordinate activities with the Inside Sales Manager May be required to support order fulfillment process in peak periods All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

5 GCSE s, or equivalent experience 2 years experience in customer service-related role preferred Advanced understanding of telephone sales principles and techniques

Skills/Abilities:

Excellent customer service skills Good written and verbal communication skills Good computer skills including, but not limited to, "MS Office" applications (Outlook 360, Excel, Word, Access, etc.) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds when assisting in the warehouse Positive and self-motivated attitude and ability to work with others as a team Ability to sit at a desk, stand, bend, lift as needed
