Supporting team members with training and development. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service by setting clear performance goals and providing regular coaching and feedback. Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborating with other departments to optimise customer service processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
