Our client is looking for someone to join the team to support the Operations function with a variety of duties.
Provide Front of House service and operational servicesMeet and greet and deal with security formalities.Prepare VIP lounges to maintain a high level of appearance and cleanlinessOverall administration and operational duties, including housekeeping.Order refreshments from caterersComplete handling invoices and take payments for services by cash or credit card and provide receipts.Ensure effective communication at all levels both internally and externally agencies on all mattersDrive company vehicles.Communicate within the team, using radio and verbal communication.Providing administration support to the General Manager.Health and Safety Responsibilities: You will need previous customer service experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and email essential. Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills are essential.
Full clean UK driving license is a requirement.
This job operates 7 days a week therefore flexibility to the work schedule is key. Shifts operate 5 days a week across Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am – 9pm.
