Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. You will support the process of getting goods to the customers on time and manage the process until point of invoice.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist
Enter and manage the orders in the ERP system Confirm orders with customers Creating new ship-to parties Make stock replenishment to customers Invoicing and fixing invoicing errors Archiving Claim handling and issuing of credit notes Quantity deviations To act as single point of contact for customers various complaints, inquiries & requests Ensure delivery of samples and spare parts to customers
Key Competencies of a Customer Service Specialist
Good MS Office skills Good ERP/SAP user knowledge Communication and cooperation skills Problem solving skills Good with details and comfortable with routines Customer service minded Solution oriented Work and contribute proactively both independently and in team
