Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through various channels, including emails, web chat, and telephone calls. In addition, you will be required to input and manage data efficiently using Excel. This role is shift-based, and shifts may include 6-2, 9-5, and 2-10.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via emails, web chat, and telephone calls. Input and manage customer data accurately in Excel. Provide assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively. Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues. Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for customer service. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and services. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using Excel for data entry and management. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work different shifts, including 6-2, 9-5, and 2-10 Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
