Office Angels are currently recruiting for Customer service Representatives to join a rapidly growing hair and beauty brand in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within the hair and beauty industry previously but is looking for office hours. The working hours are Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Duties will include:

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries via telephone and email from customers and field sales repsProviding appropriate advice, quotes and product information to customersMaintaining business recordsLead generation and assisting with existing businessBooking meetings for field sales representativesWorking with senior colleagues and sales reps to ensure continuity of care for customers Handling sales enquiries with the aim of conversion from enquiry to salesProcessing sales administration, ordering of products etc.

Experience of sales administration/customer serviceExceptional telephone mannerEffective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and resilienceConfident and professional in dealing with clients and colleaguesStrong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
