Brook Street has the pleasure of working with a Fibre Network provider in Lincolnshire who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support their team with outstanding service.
Salary: GBP21–24,000Full–Time: TemporaryWorking hours – Monday – FridayLocation: Spalding
This role will be customer service based and experience working with/ scheduling appointments with engineers would be ideal. You will play a key part in the smooth running of the business helping to keep the appointments filled.
Duties will include:
Answer phone calls, emails, and online queriesBooking appointments for engineers Create and update databases/recordsConfidentially handle sensitive informationData entry Must Have
1+ years admin experienceGood understanding of MS Office applicationsAttention to detailAbility to work unsupervised Benefits:
