Customer Service Advisor 6 months fixed term contract - Littlehampton - 22,000.00 Permanent + 1,000 bonus after probation
There is a high possiblity that the roles will go permenant after the initial 6 months fixed term.
Mid January and Mid February start dates!
Working hours Mon - Fri from 8am - 8pm worked on a shift basis however, the majority of the time shifts are finishing at 6pm.
We are recruiting for a client based in Littlehampton who are currently growing their customer service department.

These are permanent, office-based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be:
Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls
Handling general order queries and creating orders
Updating CRM systems
Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the customer service inbox
To be considered for this role, you will need to have phone based customer service experience of any sort and will need to have a resilient personality as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls.
