Rthirteen are currently partnering with a leading insurance provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative. Joining their highly successful team, you will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm or 9.30am - 6pm, and is offering a competitive salary DOE, plus bonus.

Your duties will include:
Providing expert advice on the range of products sold by the company.Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.Processing documents, and ensuring accurate records are kept.Making a positive impact on every customer call, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations to meet their needs.Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service. You will have/be:
GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.Excellent customer service skills.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.The ability to adapt/respond to different types of enquiries.Dedication and commitment to drive performance.
