Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our client, a well-known insurance company. In this role you will take inbound calls from customers who have been involved in a traffic incident and want to make a claim on their insurance. You do not need experience as you will be trained to use your communication and customer service skills for this particular role. This position which is located in Liverpool has a salary of 20,500 per annum and contains many benefits.
