Agria Pet Insurance has a fantastic opportunity for two Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a Hybrid role and will consist of working from home and our Aylesbury office. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (starting 5th February 2024),and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP21,555 per annum.

About the role:
As our Customer Service Representative, you will respond appropriately to all customer enquiries and ensure that administration and policy servicing is carried out accurately, on time and to the agreed service levels.
Hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9–5 with one 9–6 finish1 in 4 Saturdays be 9 – 1 shift, when working the Saturday we give a day off in the week, the rest of the days then being 9–6 shift. Responsibilities as our Customer Service Representative will include:
Answer all Customer and Claims incoming calls efficiently, professionally and at all times promoting Agria Pet InsuranceOutbound calling including; missed payments, breeders, requesting information for claims and underwriting of new policy applicationsObjection handling including; Claims decisions, price fluctuations due to mid term changes.Undertake departmental routine and exception processes, such as claims indexing, under review policies, payment collection and rejections, vaccination vouchers, in line with agreed service levelsRespond to customer enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correctDeal and attempt to resolve customer complaintsRecord and maintain accurate policyholder information using the in–house computer systemsProvide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all timesMaintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditionsMaintain good housekeeping at all times Qualifications, Skills & Attributes of our Customer Service Representative:
