Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionallyAssisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product informationResolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborating with various teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveryMaintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information Desired Skills:
