Our client, a procurement consultancy that prides itself on its excellent client support and is experiencing growth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Exeter.
The ideal candidate will have office–based experience, within the Energy and telecommunications sectors, and be able to manage client accounts/ portfolios.
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, earlier finish on a Friday!
What will you be doing?
Managing client retentionResponsible for multiple client portfolios and reaching agreed targetsProviding support, guidance and outstanding customer serviceContacting existing & new clients to generate business (not cold calling) Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience within an office–based environmentProven experience within the Telecommunications and/or energy sectorsProven Experience in reaching SLTsPassionate about providing a high–level of client satisfaction The Benefits
