Customer Service Advisor – Littlehampton – GBP 22,000.00 Permanent + GBP1,000 bonus after probationWorking hours Mon – Fri from 8am – 8pm worked on a shift basis and a very occasional Saturday 9–1.Hours: 37.5pw, Monday to Friday, on a shift basis, standard shift = 08:45am – 17:15pm, performed on a rota basis early shift = 08:00am – 16:30pm, late shift = 11:30am – 20:00pmWe are recruiting for a client based in Littlehampton who are currently growing their customer service department and looking for January and February starts!Benefits 25 days annual leave + statutory Bank Holidays GBP1,000 bonus after probation + Annual pay review Excellent pension scheme Option to join the Company's private medical scheme following successful completion of 6–month probation. Life insurance for 10 x salary from commencementThese are permanent, office–based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be: Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls Handling general order queries and creating orders Updating CRM systems Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the customer service inboxTo be considered for this role, you will need to have phone based customer service experience of any sort and will need to have a resilient personality as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls.This is a great company to join with a chance to progress.
