Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with Swagelok Bristol, in supporting with the hire of two customer service professionals to join the business. These are permanent office-based roles, situated at their site in North Bristol.

The Roles

Swagelok are looking to add two individuals into their customer service team and are very open to level of experience and background. Swagelok will work with the individuals to train and develop them, helping them to build an extensive knowledge of Swagelok's products and services. As a Customer Service Representative for Swagelok, you will support with the processing, analysis and investigation of quotes and orders. With a detailed portfolio of bespoke products, attention to detail and accuracy is essential for these roles, ensuring the customers journey is smooth and needs are met within the desired time frames. Additionally, excellence communication skills both written and verbal are needed, and being able to effectively consult with clients.

Responsibilities

Ensure companies values and professional standards are upheld through any customer interactionsResponsible for processing all customer quotation requests, prioritising and categorising effectively dependent on customer needsWork as a liaison between the customer and the onsite technical team, helping in answering any technical questions the customer may have.Find opportunities to offer additional products and services through customer communicationProcess & prioritise all in coming orders, working towards agreed SLA'sEnsure all systems are kept up date with accurate and up to date dataStrive towards continuous improvement Person Specification
