Anderson Knight is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients based in Glasgow City Centre on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Assisting customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services. Managing and updating customer accounts and records accurately. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Striving to meet or exceed customer service targets and goals. Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer applications. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
