Customer Service Manager
Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 per year dependent on experience
Full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Office based Wakefield, WF2 7BJ

At Value Doors, we are a tech driven company fitting a range of composite doors, aluminium products such as bi-folding doors, French doors, sliding patios (yes them huge sliding ones too!) and windows.
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to plan, deliver and exceed expectations in the installations and customer service department.
Key responsibilities
You will report to the Senior Operations Manager
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Take control of customer service and communications Develop straightforward and flexible processes that cover all aspects of customer service Use our automation and tech to develop the role Follow strict service levels and be accountable for your role Deliver high levels of customer service throughout the installations and aftercare duties Be attentive to customer keeping them updated throughout their journey Communicate with a resolve immediately attitude
Experience & key skills
Confident, independent, structured, accurate and reliable Organisation is your strong point Proactive working & fast learner Hands-on mentality Positive mindset with a can-do attitude always finding creative and pragmatic solutions Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs & Sheets) Very good written and oral communication skills in English Customer service / installations type or similar role ideal What we offer:
