My client, an award–winning multi–franchise dealer group, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager (passenger cars) to join a brand new Hounslow office. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent and high–quality customer service with a strong background in the automotive industry, and will independently manage a customer–orientated team. This is a Monday–Friday position, working 45 hours per week.
Main duties:
Managing, coaching and motivating a customer–focussed team with a hands–on approachInspiring the team to deliver superb customer service at all times & actively encouraging/promoting the development of the teamAnalysing strengths & weaknesses, ensuring that the business objectives, personal/team goals and targets are being met Undertaking annual team appraisals and following up with regular 1–2–1's Building a strong relationship with customers Ensuring that company standard & health and safety guidelines are being met at all times Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, accounts, etc. to ensure correct processes and policies are being followed Requirements:
Extensive motor industry experienceExperience working in an aftersales or customer service position at management levelExcellent knowledge of customer and market analysis, customer satisfaction & marketing initiativesExperienced in people management with a hands–on leadership styleComputer literate (previous use of Kerridge or Keyloop systems would be ideal) Benefits & Pay:
