Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum

Location: Borehamwood

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 8.30 - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service manager to lead and motivate their small customer service team.

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in a customer service environment and be able to manage a high performing team who pride themselves on providing the highest level of service to their customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proven experience in a customer service / call centre environment, with a proven track record of managing, and developing a high performing team.

Have a passion for customer service.

An ambassador for the company

Managing KPIs and SLA agreements

Stakeholder manager

Ability to work under pressure and achieve personal objectives.

A resilient person with strong influencing skills

A driving licence is a must as you will be required to visit other locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, motivate and inspire the customer service team

Ensure the team are meeting set KPIs, and SLAs

Carrying out annual performance development reviews and have clear objectives

Carrying out monthly 1-2-1s with direct reports

Set out own department budget and oversee all recruitment needs

Oversee holiday, shift cover and other absence requests

Provide an exceptional service to clients and resolving and issues efficiently.

Adhere to FCA and other regulatory requirements.

Prepare and deliver presentations to management team

Assist with adhoc tasks including, taking bookings, and adjusting shifts
