Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with proven team management skills.
You will ensure our clients customers are provided with the best service possible by coaching, motivating and inspiring a productive customer service team.
You will set KPI's, monitor and analyse data to ensure the highest levels of customer service are being attained as well as ensuring continuous improvement inititives are implemented to result in the best outcomes for customers as well as the business as a whole.
