The roles:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver a friendly service to customers daily. In these varied roles, you will handle a wide range of telephone enquires providing advice and information on the services provided. To be successful in these roles you will possess:–
– The ability to remain calm under pressure
– Good organisation and multitasking skills
– Previous experience in a call centre environment (ideally but not essential)
– A customer service background
The hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday and our clients offer hybrid working (a mixture of home and office). If you have previous customer service experience, we would love to hear from you!
