As a Customer Service Executive you will be organising, scheduling and monitoring installation jobs whilst handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls ensuring a smooth process.

The role will involve a variety of different enquires over the telephone, email and webchat.

You will be ensuring the best possible service is provided at all times!
