For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering: i. GBP23,000 per annum ii. 8.30am – 5pm – Monday – Friday iii. Permanent position iv. Free parking v. 20 days + bank holidays The role – Customer Service Executive: i. Making outbound calls to customers with outstanding invoices ii. Assist with payments and plans to ensure full payment for services iii. Recording payments and allocating payments to customer accounts iv. Updating and maintaining debt management lists What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive: i. Experience of making outbound calls from a customer service environment – ESSENTIAL ii. Compliant Management and Resolution Experience – ESSENTIALiii. Collections, Credit Control or Payment Processing experience – DESIREABLE iv.
