Salary: GBP24,000 – GBP28,000 dependant on experience
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Manage and resolve customer complaints.Process incoming orders for products or services.Process returns and refunds, exchanges or cancellations.Provide product and service information to customers.Identify and escalate priority issues.Document customer interactions and transactions.Follow up on customer interactions.Deal with delivery queries. Requirements:
1+ years of experience in customer support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem–solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
