Overview
We are seeking a capable Customer Service Executive to join a well–established automotive–related business in Reading. This will be a varied and dynamic role, with the successful candidate handling and resolving customer escalations, whilst providing fantastic customer service. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Handle customer communications via live chat and email
Call customers that have a query or an appeal
Review and investigate all customer appeals or complaints in line with company policy
Communicate findings to customers ensuring customer satisfaction
Enter data in the log for root cause analysis
Reviewing sales and call teams to ensure compliance
Requirements
Customer focus with great telephone manner
Any experience handling customer escalations and appeals would be advantageous
Excellent verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
Previous automotive industry experience would be advantageous
