Obtain essential compliance documentation required for Healthcare Professionals, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements for their roles.Deliver exceptional customer service to Candidates, providing them with guidance and support throughout the compliance process, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.Maintain long-term relationships with Healthcare Professionals through regular communication, fostering trust and collaboration.Engage with Healthcare Professionals through various communication and support them during their compliance journey.Maintain meticulous records of all interactions with each Candidate including updated contact information, ensuring GDPR compliance, and accurate data entry into the CRM.You will be working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Managers, providing them with accurate compliance updates to support future bookings and placements.
