Atkinson Moss are looking for candidates with a real interest in customer service to answer calls and communicate with customers via email and online chat to provide information, answer questions and resolve customer queries.
You will need a confident and personable telephone manner with good general IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
Role Responsibilities:
Talking to new and existing customers via inbound calls, emails and web chat enquiries.Handling new and ongoing claims in-line with company processesEnsuring quick and effective communication throughout the processHandling and explaining complex situations with the ability to transfer into written communicationPosses a good eye for detailOffer outstanding customer servicePro-actively provide support and updates to customers Skills and Experience:
