Reed are currently supporting a fantastic employer in Norwich, in their search for a Customer Service professional to join the team asap on a Permanent Full time basis, in the role of Customer Service Executive.
I am looking for a candidate with existing customer service experience, ideally office based call handling, with ability to build relationships with customers, provide an outstanding service and promote services.
Handling incoming enquiries on the phone and calling back customers who have enquired onlineExplaining services and booking appointments with relevant colleagues for the customer to follow through with their enquiryProcessing new enquiries on the system, ensuring notes are accurate and key information is capturedBuilding relationships and representing the company in a positive light as the first interaction the customer has with the organisationDealing with queries and problem solvingWorking collaboratively as a team to ensure a great service is provided and enquiries are maximised in line with business objectives These will be business customers that you will be dealing with, so you will need to have a professional and engaging telephone manner, and the ability to provide a high standard of customer service, in addition to the ability to multi–task, strong literacy and numeracy skills with high level of attention to detail, and organisation skills to manage high volumes of work.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Full training will be provided.
