Customer Service Executives
Full time permanent role - office based

Haywards Heath. Parking available on site along with free nearby street parking - close to railway station and local transport links.
Salary: GBP24000-GBP28000 per year plus excellent company benefits. 25 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to grow, expand and develop with a leading insurance provider as they launch and develop their business and brands across the UK and Europe.
This is a varied role including customer service and administration
Duties and responsibilities:
Answer and resolve customer queries via phone and email.
General policy administration
Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
Produce high quality documentation and maintain computer records
Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements
Skills & Experience required:
Good general education, including GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths.?
Customer focused - a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
Team player
High attention to detail
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
Good computer skills
