Hours: Monday-Friday flexible start/finish time

Location: Dunstable

Salary: GBP28,000-GBP32,000 DOE + Benefits, holiday/pension, and free parking.

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers with question and queries and considers yourself a problem solver? Do you have a background in manufacturing/engineering and have a strong dedicated attitude to improve and assist others with the capability to manage the change of priorities enjoy working as part of a team as well as completing individual tasks and have experience in the manufacturing industry, then this is a position for you. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their highly motivated and driven team. You will be joining a secure and stable business that offers a great family-feel working environment.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be;

A main point of contact for contract administration/organising site issues/contract issues/quotations then liaising the required next steps with senior management. Accept and process all orders in an accurate and efficient manner in line with company procedures. Liaise with all other departments to ensure resolutions of queries are delivered efficiently. Monitor & review long-term contracts/agreements/order book reviews & policies, and then work with the program manager to carry out changes not covered by the contract. Assist with providing weekly & monthly reports.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will need;

A strong Customer Service background, ideally in an Aerospace/Manufacturing/Engineering environment Experience with sales/sales correspondence, quotations(practices), pricing Experience with handling challenging customers/situations/queries via teams/telephone and face-to-face If you have experience in business contractual documentation, such as negotiations, dealing with queries, and invoice queries this will be highly advantageous for your application.
