The successful candidate will assist with duties for a small portfolio of nominated key accounts and support with account activities and communication in-line with requirements.
The role:
You will be the first point of contact to receive and process customer orders. Resolve all customer queries as efficiently as possible. Ensure all customer requirements and communications for nominated key accounts are completed satisfactorily. Develop and implement a growth plan for target accounts. Administration of activities within CRM system Diarise key account contract renewal dates (where applicable) and ensure that new agreements are in place in advance of contract expiry. Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Business Development Manager Experience required:
Excellent communication and organisation skills Positive Can-do attitude. Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
