Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator

Could you support our rapidly expanding client based in Oxford?

The Benefits on offer

Hours - Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17.00

Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 Per Annum

Location - This role is commutable from Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Harwell, Wantage, Faringdon, Oxford and Witney.

Dealing with all aspects of customer services - Incoming emails, live chats & callsProviding customer ETA on orders and strong communication with customers.Entering/approving/shipping Sales orders within our CRMEntering Prospect clients' details onto the in-house databaseSending software and confirmations to customersLiaising with stock controller for stock queries/back ordersOrder Processing and ensuring orders are correct prior to shipment.About You:

Strong communication skills with multiple internal departmentsExcellent accuracy and attention to detailAbility to listen and articulate effectively.Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative.To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to bottom level.To be able to run standard reports as and when required.
