A housing developer are currently looking to source an experience customer service coordinator to be based at their office in Westminster
The ideal candidate must have worked in a customer service coordinator position previously for the a new build developer
Day to day duties
Taking incoming calls from customers for queries & repair workLogging repairs on an internal spreadsheetBooking in operatives to carry out repair worksKeeping customers up to date on the progress of their worksDiagnosing defectsMonitoring internal email inbox & responding to emailsWorking closely with site teams
