Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary 22-26k Depending on Experience
Location Mansfield
Hours - Working shifts on a rota basis from 6am - 10pm (1 in 3 weekends)
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a busy Mansfield based organisation.
Working in a fast paced and varied role, you will be providing Technical support to business clients and escalating more complex issues to internal departments and third parties as well as:
First point of contact for all client technical issuesCoordinating and resolving issue from call to completionUpdating the client on progress and timescalesLogging and recording all issuesAssigning calls to engineers and 3rd partiesProviding excellent customer serviceCreating standard documentation on problem resolution and fixesThe ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator role will have:
Experience within a fast faced customer service roleAbility to work on their own, as part of a team, and under pressureGood time management and ability to prioritiseAn interest in problem-solving with hardware, operating systems, and software packagesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFlexibility to work on a rota basis between the hours of 6am-10pm, including 1 in every 3 weekends shifts Interested Call TurnerFox Recruitment or send your CV
