As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be providing an excellent customer experience by communicating promptly and courteously via telephone, live chat and email. You will investigate and solve customer concerns, handling any issues through to resolution to provide your customers with a consistent, personal touch.
Customer Service Assistant is responsible for:
