The successfully appointed Customer Service Assistant will manage telephone calls from customers as well as process orders onto a bespoke system working in a friendly environment where full training is provided. This role will suit candidates with experience in customer service in either an office or a retail environment.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
Call HandlingData Entry onto a bespoke systemCommunicating with clients and stakeholdersProcessing orders and ensuring that delayed orders are chasedDealing with general and technical queriesInvestigating complaints and providing a solution Requirements of the Customer Service Assistant:
