An established company within Central Miton Keynes are seeking several Customer Service Agents to join their business, initially 3–6–month temporary contract. However, for the right candidate this could lead to a temporary to permanent job opportunity.
Hourly pay rate GBP11.05. working hours 8.45am – 5.15pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
Answering high volume incoming calls/emails/webchats from CustomersDealing with call queries, questions and escalations from each channelProviding 1st line advice to customers and other parties on general issuesAccurate and consistent record keeping and updating notes on the database.Taking care of all customer complaints and escalating as and when necessary to seniormanagementMentoring, training giving direction to junior team members on RMS best practicesWorking with the rest of the customer services team and able to cover colleagues' workloadsduring periods of absenceAssist senior management with by identifying trends and issuesAct as duty manager to aid effective running of the departmentThis list is not complete, comprehensive of exhaustive and there may be other duties or tasksexpected to be undertaken from time to time, at the management's discretion.
