We are recruiting on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of maidenhead situated near Bray and Holyport for an office based Customer Service Agent on a Monday to Friday Basis 9am to 5.30 pm.

The successful candidate will be working within a varied role dealing with warranty and repair claims for customers predominately from the aviation industry.

This is a fully office based role, working within a friendly, sociable team.

The role will encompass;

Call handling, dealing with queriesInvestigating and processing claimsUpdating CustomersProcessing data through the crm systemWorking with colleagues to resolve queriesFull training provided

The ideal candidate will have:Previous customer service experience either face to face or over the phoneGood customer service skillsEnjoy talking to peopleProficient PC skills
