We are looking committed and experienced individuals to join our highly successful client as additional and brand new team members, as Customer Service Agents, to support with the increased business demands. In this role you will be responsible for providing aftersales support to retail customers. Offering a salary of 25,169 and working full time hours Monday to Friday two days workig from home.
These roles are offered on six month contracts initially and could lead to full time roles and a promising new career.
Key accountabilities for the Customer Care Agent
Answering after sales support callsPrice, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requestsIdentifying of parts using inhouse identification softwareResolution of all complaints from start to finish working to company guidelinesArrange repairs with customer for in and out of warranty productsParticipate in the teams daily briefingAccurate order processing and processing paymentsKey skills/experience and attributes required for the Customer Care Agent:
Strong customer service experience with good initiative
Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationshipsConfident communication skillsExperience in working with a CRM systemMS Office, or Google Suite experienceOrganised and methodical, polite, resilient, adaptableAble to work within a team The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch,
3 days office 2 days home if preferred.
