Job Title: Customer Representative - Service
Location: St. Ives - Cambridgeshire
Salary: GBP21,000 starting salary, increasing after 9 and 18 months of employment up to 27k.
Training Period: 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training before transitioning to a hybrid working model.
Shift Pattern: Bi-weekly rotation - Full time, Permanent
Week 1: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30Week 2: Monday & Friday, 10:00 - 18:00; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30 - 18:00; Saturday, 08:30 - 16:00 Working Arrangements: Hybrid (predominantly work-from-home) after completion of training.
