Job Title: Customer Representative – Service
Location: St. Ives – Cambridgeshire
Salary: GBP21,000 starting salary, increasing after 9 and 18 months of employment up to 27k.
Training Period: 6–8 weeks of comprehensive training before transitioning to a hybrid working model.
Shift Pattern: Bi–weekly rotation – Full time, Permanent
Week 1: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30Week 2: Monday & Friday, 10:00 – 18:00; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30 – 18:00; Saturday, 08:30 – 16:00 Working Arrangements: Hybrid (predominantly work–from–home) after completion of training.
