Customer Service Agents

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in Dorking as a Customer Service Agent.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Paying 20,000 - 22,000 + benefits and regular salary reviews

Duties will include:

Answering incoming calls and gaining as much information as possibleWriting a report with the information gathered and updating system accordinglyBeing a friendly voice on the end of the phone and advising the best course of action.Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Ideal candidate will:

Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to workStrong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone mannerHave great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong client relationshipsBe self-motivated and target drivenGood computer, literacy and numeracy skillsIf this sounds like you, apply now!
