Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will need to ensure that their enquiries, requests, and complaints are handled promptly, efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide support to customers by helping them resolve any issues or problems they may have with our services. Record all interactions with customers accurately in the company's system. Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and escalate any issues or concerns to management as required. Provide guidance to customers on how to use our services and offer recommendations as needed. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism, empathy and customer-centric approach. Assist with general administrative tasks as required. Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and software programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work flexible hours as required.
