We are looking for 12 customer service advisors to join a growing team starting in February 2024! Our client is an award winning, fast growing motor insurance company, known to be great to work for!
This role is a mixture of admin, investigation and customer service, you will be responsible for looking into new policies where there has been a red-flag raised by the system for any reason. You will be required to look into all the facts at hand, and contact the customer for clarification on anything.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm ans once training has been completed you will be allowed to work from home 3 days per week!
Salary will tart at GBP23,400 and increase to GBP24,300 after completing training - there are then a number of other salary jumps as you complete further training and increase your knowledge. There is also annual bonus on top as well as a number of other benefits.
