Customer Service Advisor (inbound calls)

GBP11.00 per hour/ GBP22,594 per annum

39.5 hours per week (on average across two weeks).

Alternate shift patterns:

Week 1: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm and Saturday working 9am – 1pm (41.5 hours)

Week 2: Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm (no Saturday and 37.5 hours)

Northampton, Brackmills. Office based.

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Since the pandemic they've only become busier, you'll be joining a business with a strong and stable business model. You'll work in their medium sized Contact Centre, within a small team of Advisors. Our client offers excellent progression opportunities including increased salary progression plans and further promotions to Team Leader level and Management.

Objective of role:

As this is a Contact Centre role, you'll spend most of your day on the telephone – answering inbound calls from their customers. The reason for these calls may be to book a delivery, answer general enquiries, report an issue or checking delivery status and passing on information to other departments and their professional experts.

Some of your key responsibilities:

Respond to customers' enquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner, ensuring that the customer is informed of all specific requirements relating to their deliveries, whilst ensuring their CRM system is kept fully up–to–date at all timesContact the customer to schedule their delivery and equipment or consumable items ensuring adherence ensuring both the customers' and their client's needs are met as well as internal KPI's achievedManage customer stock levels, ensuring they're always receiving their deliveries in sync with their needsTake ownership of any customer issues, ensuring they are logged on the appropriate system and that the customer is kept regularly updated on all progress until a successful and timely conclusion is reachedHandle customer queries professionally and endeavour to agree an outcome that re–instils the customer's faith in our client and where possible avoid need for further escalation or complaintEnsure that in all communication with customers are following Data Protection guidelines.
