Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid) - Ringwood - GBP24,000 OTE

The role involves working with customers who have a magazine subscription across a range of titles covering comic hero's, craft & cooking, technology, sci-fi fantasy, model making, sports and military.

You will deal directly with customer queries via the phone, email, live web chat and social media and will provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally

Shift patterns Mon - Fri 8:00-16:30 / 09:30 - 18:00 / 11.30 - 20.00

Occasional weekend work may be requested if required amongst the team.
