ecruitment Pro are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team and help them with their continued growth on the back of their reputation to create high-quality products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Providing outstanding aftercare to Customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with Customer Enquiries Answering telephone calls Responding to emails Booking in repairs for engineers Dealing with complaints Ideal Candidate will have:
Experience of working in a similar environment Customer service experience (at least 1 year) Polite telephone voice Good communication skills Working hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm Friday 8:30am to 2pm.
