Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 + Excellent Benefits

5 days per week (37.5 hours)

The Client:

Our client is a worldwide marine consultancy leader, offering advisory and membership intelligence services. They provide extensive market insights using proprietary tools and a dedicated team of experts.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in serving as their main contact for inquiries, ensuring a positive experience, understanding subscription products, and providing feedback to enhance their services.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring exceptional customer service by nurturing strong relationships.Offering expertise on subscriptions to address customer inquiries effectively.Assisting the sales team with dedicated support.Managing subscription renewals efficiently.Promptly recording and managing email and phone inquiries.Collecting market and customer insights to enhance sales strategies.Communicating customer feedback, concerns, and issues to Sales Manager and relevant departments.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role.Customer service experience in an office setting.Experience in business communication, both over the phone and in-person.Skilled in effective telephone communication and a convincing manner.Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Publisher), with prior computer-based experience.
